Do Dham Yatra Package from Haridwar – Overview

Itinerary
Your journey begins with a morning pickup from Haridwar. We will drive towards Guptkashi, a scenic town with religious significance. The route takes you along the beautiful Mandakini River, passing through Devprayag and Rudraprayag. Upon arrival, check into your hotel for an overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, we drive to Sonprayag. From here, you will take local transport to Gaurikund, the starting point of the trek to Kedarnath. You can choose to trek, hire a pony, or use a palki service to reach the Kedarnath temple. After darshan, you will check into a hotel or guesthouse near the temple for your overnight stay.
Attend the morning Abhishek Puja at Kedarnath Temple. Afterward, you will trek back down to Gaurikund and then drive back to your hotel in Guptkashi. The rest of the evening is free for you to relax and recover from the trek.
Today, we drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. The journey offers breathtaking views of the Garhwal Himalayas. Upon reaching Badrinath, check into your hotel. In the evening, you can visit the Badrinath Temple for darshan and attend the evening aarti.
After an early morning darshan and a visit to nearby attractions like Mana Village and Vyas Gufa, we will start our journey back. We will drive to Rudraprayag, the sacred confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. Check into your hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, we will drive back to Haridwar, passing through Rishikesh. You can stop briefly to see Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. You will be dropped off at your preferred location in Haridwar, marking the end of your serene Do Dham tour.

- Entry fees, pooja, and darshan charges at temples.
- Any personal expenses like tips, laundry, and phone calls.
- Travel insurance.

Terms & Conditions
- ID Proof Requirement: All Indian nationals must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License).Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport with Visa. Check-in will be denied if proper ID is not provided. Vacation Veda is not responsible for such issues.
- Hotel Check-In/Out Policy: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Hotel Standards: Hotels during the Yatra are selected based on location and availability. In hilly or pilgrimage areas, hotels are often basic and may not offer Wi-Fi, room service, or deluxe amenities. Extra bedding is usually provided as rollaway mattresses.
- Meals at Hotels: Meals are served on a buffet or fixed menu basis. Any items ordered beyond the included menu will be chargeable. Some hotels may offer a meal credit system instead, based on occupancy levels.
- Vehicle Policy: AC will not operate in hilly areas or when the vehicle is parked. In case of a major breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be arranged. Minor delays due to small repairs may occur and we appreciate your cooperation in such cases.
- Driver Duty Guidelines: For safety reasons, drivers will not operate after 8:00 PM or in restricted/no-entry zones. Guests must respect this rule and adhere to the tour schedule to avoid missing hotel stays or key locations.
- Tour Alterations Due to Unforeseen Events: Vacation Veda is not liable for changes in itinerary or additional costs due to weather conditions, road closures, landslides, medical emergencies, natural disasters, political unrest, or flight/train delays.
- Loss or Damage: The company is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour. Please take care of your valuables at all times.
- Tour Confirmation & Payments: Full payment must be received before the start of the tour. Failure to make the final payment may result in cancellation of services without refund.
- Price Changes: Prices quoted are based on current rates. Any increase in fuel costs, taxes, entry fees, or government levies after booking will be charged additionally.
- Route & Itinerary Restrictions: The tour route is fixed once finalized. Any route change requests post-confirmation may not be possible or may incur extra charges. Final routing must be discussed before booking.
- Vehicle Entry Limitations in Hill Stations: Entry of private vehicles is restricted in some tourist zones (e.g., mall roads or shopping areas). In such cases, guests may need to hire local transport at their own cost.
- Pickup & Drop Policy: One fixed pickup and drop point is included in the package. Requests for additional pickups/drops will be charged extra.
- Unforeseen Changes Due to Helicopter Delays/Cancellations: If helicopter service to Kedarnath is cancelled or rescheduled due to weather or technical issues, any resulting costs (alternate transport, hotel rebooking, etc.) will be borne by the guest.
